The "2025 'Belt and Road' National Envoys to China Cycling Series (Guangdong Yangjiang)" is a significant international event promoting cultural exchange and sportsmanship among Belt and Road participating nations. Hosted in Yangjiang, Guangdong, it garners attention from national envoys and sports enthusiasts alike, requiring high-quality, distinctive event merchandise to reflect its prestige and mission. The event organizers aimed to provide participants and staff with professionally customized products that would enhance the series' brand image and participant experience.
The project presented several significant challenges. Firstly, The customer originally requested 170g raindrop-patterned fabric, but since the fabric was still being procured and they needed to meet the customer's event deadline, they ultimately switched to 130g needle-punched checkered fabric, while maintaining product quality and aesthetics. Secondly, the client's design included challenging fluorescent colors, which required precise color matching during the printing process to ensure vibrancy and accuracy. Most critically, Gahumi had to produce 1200 pieces of custom products and ensure delivery by December 26th, allowing only a mere 10 days for the entire production cycle from material adjustment to final shipment.
